AUTOMATIC NET WEIGH COLOR FEEDER

The Model 101CF4S120V60H automatic net weigh color feeders are designed to weigh
and feed granular materials at predetermined weights and time intervals. The 101CF4S120V60H
uses a vibratory feeder to feed material into a 100 cubic inch weigh hopper mounted on a load
cell, and then at a set time, discharge the product onto a second vibratory feeder. By setting both
target weighments and the discharge interval, accurate product feed rates can be achieved.

The target weights are entered through a keypad on the main control panel, while the
discharge intervals are entered into a count down timer. The second vibratory feeder has an
adjustable feed rate control, which can be set to allow the product to be feed out evenly before the
next weighment is discharged. A meter showing the vibratory feeder coil voltage, plus coarse
and fine adjustment potentiometers, make accurate and repeatable product feed rates easy to set.
